Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
This position is responsible for leading, developing and managing all aspects our corporate project management philosophy and methodology. Accountable for ensuring projects succeed and deliver business results in a timely manner. This involves developing and promoting our overall project management methodology, key project deliverables, tracking mechanism and schedules, prioritization process, resource planning and auditing to validate project success. Lead and oversee the architecture, design, development, and maintenance for core project management (PM) systems, training and services for the entire company. Works closely with business customers, finance and technology division from a strategic perspective to identify and maximize opportunities to improve business processes, promote the strategic use of project management technology, and enable the work force to use project management as a competitive tool. The QA/QI Specialist is a dynamic position that combines work with the Credentialing and Quality Assurance staff. Quality Assurance job duties include tasks specifically related to DHP quality of service including facility and medical records reviews, recording documenting, investigating and tracking quality of care issues and quality assurance reporting.
