                        <description><![CDATA[Minimum Requirements of Employer:
 Three to five years of administrative and finance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
 Experience developing and maintaining databases. 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint). AS/400 is preferred. 
 Experience preparing spreadsheets and reports is preferred. 
 Progressive administrative support in a manufacturing environment is desired. 
Proficiency in Oracle desired.
Pre-employment drug screening required.
Background check required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
1. Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records. 
2. Coordinate manager&apos;s schedule and makes appointments. 
3. Arrange and coordinate travel schedules (flight, hotel and transportation). 
4. Prepare, research, and analyze reports (i.e. service reports, overtime summary reports and earned hours reports) on a weekly basis. 
5. Set-up and cancel P-card accounts. Troubleshoot cardholder issues. 
6. Post credit card orders in the ICVerify Program. 
7. Gather visa statements from P-card holders. Reconcile Wells Fargo Visa billing. 
8. Reconcile monthly VISA statements and American Express billing. 
9. Update translation rates in the AS/400 system. 
10. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and reserve facilities. 
11. Order and maintain supplies. Coordinate logistics for department new hire employees. 
12. Maintain organizational charts, attendance records and department calendars. 
13. Provide front desk receptionist support as needed.
