Candidate will support the Army in RF communications selection, testing, evaluation, analysis, and specifications. 
Basic Qualifications

Other Qualifications 
Candidates must understand a multitude of low-power, short-range embedded radios that include data and video systems. A good understanding of Internet protocol (IP) based communications is needed. The candidate should be familiar with both military and commercial communication systems. Candidate will be expected to support troubleshooting communication systems and recommending corrective actions. Candidates must be aware of current and emerging technologies with regard to transmitters, receivers, antennas, data protocols, Ethernet communications, and data and video encoders and decoders. The candidate should have a good electrical/mechanical background and be able to assemble and test prototype hardware on the bench and in the field. Some programming may be required for data collection and evaluation, and display. The candidate must be able to work with Government managers and provide technical guidance and expert opinions.
