                        <description><![CDATA[Minimum Requirements of Employer:
Qualifications: Good driving record. Criminal background check. Demonstrate a personal aptitude and life experience which suggests that they are able to provide positive and effective services for children with mental health disorders. Responsible, mature, reliable, self-aware. Good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Under the direction of the program coordinator: Complete documentation related to transportation and client issues while being transported. Communicate effectively with clients. Communicate effectively with staff. 
Provide transportation services as is necessary and appropriate for the clients within the program. Assist with other program needs as is necessary and appropriate. Complete vehicle maintenance according to NWCGC policy.
Duties: Assist in crisis intervention as is necessary and appropriate. Coordinate the transporting of clients. Complete documentation according to certification, funding source, and program standards. Implement behavior management techniques that are utilized by the day treatment program. Work as a treatment team member in delivering service to the clients. Assist as aide in the classroom and group setting. Plan and assist in the provision of community outings that target the treatment needs of clients. Documentation of observations and interventions as required by certification, funding source, and program standards. Other duties as assigned by the program coordinator
