                        <description><![CDATA[Be a key player of our Networking Services Network Infrastructure Operations Problem Management team. This team of network professionals provides consulting, trending and analysis on chronic network issues, incident escalation path, standards compliance, leadership and ownership of the internal network. Responsibilities:
â¢ Perform trending and analysis for chronic issue resolution
â¢ Maintain and provide input into network standards
â¢ Coordinate with operational, implementation, engineering and security groups on projects and technologies
â¢ Diagnose and correlate complex network problems, identify root causes, develop remediation strategies
â¢ Engage on network related projects and provide regular updates
â¢ Drive continual improvements to operational processes and technology
â¢ Make switch and router configuration changes in a high availability environment
â¢ Document and track network changes
â¢ Develop and review network related process documents to improve efficiency
â¢ Acknowledge, update, and close network tickets within SLA
â¢ Provide off hour on call support for high priority events 
Qualifications include:
â¢ At least 5 years direct experience and/or CCNA with 2 years experience on Cisco switches and routers
â¢ At least 3 years of operational data networking experience in a high availability environment
â¢ Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP
â¢ Excellent knowledge of Cisco device configuration
â¢ Excellent knowledge of VTP, STP, trunking
â¢ Experience with EIGRP, ACLs, subnet masking, route maps, traffic shaping, QoS
â¢ Exceptional troubleshooting, event correlation and trending skills
â¢ Knowledge of Check Point Firewalls
â¢ Knowledge of Autonomous AP, LWAPP, and WCS wireless systems
â¢ Knowledge of VoIP solutions, auxiliary vlans, 802.11 Spectralink/Vocera support.
â¢ Knowledge of Cisco CSS and F5 Load balancers 
â¢ Knowledge of VCS, Gatekeepers, MCUs video systems
â¢ Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
â¢ Experience with Network Management practices, procedures and tools
â¢ Team player with a constructive perspective, committed to the success of the group
â¢ Great time management and prioritization skills
â¢ Working knowledge of packet capture and analysis tools

Role will work with Information Services, the health system and hospital sponsors supporting complex application installations and upgrades. Role will manage the entire project life cycle for IT projects and will be responsible for planning and managing multiple medium to large projects using resources from IT and business unit teams with responsibility for vendor management. There is significant direct interface with clients at all levels within the health system. In addition, this Project Manager will provide management oversight for a small team of clinical project managers. 
Primary Responsibilities:
Â§ Lead the planning and coordination of Healthcare systems supporting a range of areas from Clinical Systems (such as Laboratory Medicine, Pharmacy, OR) to Hospital Operation Systems (such as Housekeeping and Food Services). This includes developing an integrated work plan that identifies interdependencies across functional teams, detailed work plans for each upgrade, and managing the upgrades though implementation and close out.
Â§ Direct and control activities of one or more PMO functional areas including staff management, oversight to project progress, and escalation point for project issues. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure process adherence to the Project Life cycle.
Â§ Provide employee performance appraisals and identify professional growth and development needs. Provide mentoring and support to employees to enhance the quality of PMO services provides.
Â§ Demonstrate strong leadership skills with significant direct interface with clients at all levels within the organization having essential responsibilities to manage the customer relationship and resolve customer issues.

This role as a Solution Architect is to work in the corporate architecture group. This team is responsible for working with the entire Eclipsys portfolio of products, working with development teams to deliver optimal solution designs and drive towards the corporate technology vision. Day to day tasks can range from new product design to emergency performance situations to mature solution technology migrations. Corporate architects are expected to be independent, able to operate with little direction, and lead a cross functional solution team towards a common goal.
Responsibilities:
â¢Lead software architectural effort on assigned projects. These primarily focus on new products or major solution redesign efforts
â¢Contribute to the corporate architectural roadmap
â¢Perform detailed solution reviews and identify gaps to corporate architectural road map. Assist solution teams in executing against the gap list.
â¢Regularly interact with product strategy group to provide advice on feasibility and direction of technology in association with product portfolio
â¢Be a technology leader and evangelist within the product development organization
â¢Ability to deliver both technical and non technical presentations depending on audience to large (100+) groups consisting of product development, sales, marketing, support, and implementations.
Experience required:
â¢Minimum 8 years working in software development. Minimum of 4 years for a commercial software company
â¢Previous experience designing solution architecture.
â¢Expert level knowledge of database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2) and modern application platforms (.Net, Java). Microsoft suite experience preferred
â¢Experience designing desktop and web solutions
â¢Experience working with high volume / high availability applications
Additional Experience Preferred:
