Position Summary
This position performs and leads research on new organometallic products and processes. Ensures that new products and processes are safe, scalable, timely, economical, and do not infringe on existing patents. Serve as team member and/or project leader to develop processes and products according to FMC policy while providing support and chemical expertise to customers and the organic product business teams.

Project leadership and supervisory experience preferred. Experience with Electronic Chemicals a plus.
Physical Requirements
