This position will lead efforts to assess, mitigate and manage business risks across the Fiserv enterprise. Initial responsibilities are to launch the Enterprise Risk Assessment Program to all Fiserv business units, lead efforts to drive PCI compliance across the enterprise, and work in partnership with Fiserv Enterprise Technology on enterprise information security policies and programs. Responsibilities:
The VP-Risk Programs will work collaboratively with the SVP-Enterprise Risk   Resilience, the VP-Resilience Programs, and other business unit and corporate stakeholders to:
1. Launch the enterprise Risk Assessment Process to all Fiserv business units, and manage the aggregation of findings to produce an enterprise risk profile.
2. Maintain a central repository of business unit risk assessment submissions and tools that facilitate search/retrieval and re-purposing for uses such as regulatory compliance audits, internal audits, SAS 70 preparations, and VendorNet.
3. Analyze business unit risk assessment work product for compliance with enterprise standards, provide feedback and coaching to business units, and provide reporting to the SVP-Enterprise Risk   Resilience and other stakeholders about the status and findings of risk assessments across the organization.
4. Design and implement a Standards   Practices Program that addresses the findings of risk assessment efforts across the enterprise.
5. Monitor the external regulatory, legislative and financial industry environments to identify emerging rules, trends and risks that may affect Fiserv in the future, and recommend appropriate compliance strategies.
6. Participate in the assessment and mitigation of risk situations that become evident outside the formal Risk Assessment Process.
7. Identify best practices and thought leadership on Risk Management topics wherever these may occur, and promote sharing and adoption of high-value contributions.
8. Direct the efforts of additional staff that may be hired to support Risk Assessment programs.
9. Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Answer Customer Phone calls about the Application (ARP/SMS) in a Mainframe Cobol environment.
Skills would be Use of JCL, Xpediter, knowledge of COBOL
Testing Tasks:
Create, execute, and maintain JCL (Job Control Language) Test Cases for assigned product.
Test the application in multiple network environments.
Validate the Training Manuals, User Manuals, and Help Systems for technical correctness, completeness, and usability.
Document Problem Reports. (TeamTrack) (Lotus Notes Database)
Sometimes validate that Problem Reports created have been completely tested and did not create new problems.
Use JCL for various testing using Mainframe tools as needed.
Provide communication link between Development, SCM and Support.
Provide 3^rd Level Support by working with Documentation and Customer Support as backup help when attempting to solve a customer&apos;s problem or better understand the software if needed.
Support and aid fellow Support, Development, and SCM Associates.
Certifications:
Obtain and maintain product specific certifications within specified time frames if necessary.
Obtain and maintain industry professional certifications within specified time frames if necessary.
Skills Required
Perform work on straightforward technical assignments. Assist with nonroutine/complex technical assignments.
Assist in and/or develops detailed problem reports or functional operating standards and procedures for an assigned technical function.
May assist and/or provide limited direction to lower level QA Associates.
Perform other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Lead design efforts for large, integrated, applications   formally document design options   considerations.
*Design, Code and Test applications in multiple Unix/Oracle environments
*Provide guidance to team members regarding research techniques, application design, coding and testing techniques
*Provide coding assistance to team members
*Research and resolve complex software support issues
*Provide second line on-call production support
*Provide guidance to leadership relative to use or disposition of team resources
*Provide input to team and external process improvement efforts
REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum 10 years programming experience. Unix, C++, C, Perl, Oracle (or other) SQL, shell scripting, Unix utilities.
*Experience in providing technical leadership/guidance to other developers.
*Experience in Systems Analysis, Design, and Integration
*Ability to work flexible hours, to include business hours for Eastern   Pacific time zones, as well as support second line on-call needs.
*Experience in a production support environment
*Tolerance for formal process
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Experienced in one or more life cycle methodologies
*Good organizational skills. Ability to effectively prioritize issues and projects
*Ability to work independently; strong sense of accountability
*Ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of clients and Fiserv EFT team.
*Highly motivated and self-assured; hands-on problem solver
*Team player
*Experience interfacing with DBA, Systems Administration, Network, Hardware, Operational, and Quality Assurance teams
*Experience in financial industry preferred
*Experience in a code generator is a plus
*BS in CS, MIS, or equivalent
