                        <description><![CDATA[Our Richardson, TX client is currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to join their Financial Operations team as a Financial Operations Manager. 
Job Purpose: 
The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the effectiveness of a Shared Services Operations Team. 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
Lead teams of A/P Specialists that perform invoice processing, invoice match resolution, vendor dispute resolution, and vendor statement reconciliation. 
Train and develop the staff as well as develop metrics for measuring the performance of the team. 
Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency and implement changes to improve processes and individual performance to achieve results. 
Monitor the processing of over 3 million cash application transactions annually to ensure customer checks are accurately applied to accounts receivable. 
Accountable for cash application, chargeback processing, bank reconciliations and other reporting for the department and banks. 
Ensure that all transactions are processed daily in accordance with respective cycle time requirements. 
Participate as a member of integration teams during acquisitions. Manage the integration of additional workloads. Gather requirements and implement processes for any new applications.
Knowledge and Skills Required: 
Strong leadership skills in a high volume environment. 
Good organizational skills with a pro-active positive attitude. 
Ability to interact with vendors and all levels of personnel in the field and corporate environment. 
Strong follow-through skills.

Minimum of 5 â 7 years experience in a high volume transaction processing environment within Accounting, Credit, or Collections. 
Strong supervisory, organizational and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to push self and successfully leading others for results and can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.

This position is a great opportunity for a strong, experienced commercial loan servicer to work on a fast paced team in an Operations Department for a large national company. We are looking for dynamic and energetic team players to provide diligent loan servicing support to our business units, co-lenders and borrowers in the company&apos;s growing Operations Department. 
Daily: 
â¢ Review loan agreements and set up accounts in loan system. 
â¢ Review loan amendments, modifications, approvals, and prepares appropriate system adjustments. 
â¢ Review and prepare incoming cash transfers and deposits for proper application in loan systems and general ledger and prepare summary report of activity. 
â¢ Responsible for timely and accurate reconciliations for all interest and fee accruals 
â¢ Preparation of loan, interest   fee settlement 
â¢ Calculate interest and fee adjustments. 
â¢ Provide loan servicing including fields calls and requests for information from/to the business units and the clients.
â¢ Provide support for members of various divisions. 
â¢ Coordinates with Staff Accountants in General Accounting for daily subsidiary ledger reconciliations. 
â¢ Responsible for clearing interest and fee accruals in loan system. 
â¢ Follow up with Staff Accountants for open items in suspense.

â¢ Follow up with lead lenders regarding interest and fee payments.

Qualifications: 
â¢ Asset Based Lending loan servicing experience required.
