                        <description><![CDATA[Project DescriptionIn 2008 migration of all desktops to GI v2 (Group Infrastructure) powered by MS Vista will take place. The Change Management work stream is responsible for ensuring that all Downstream stakeholders are prepared, via fit for purpose communication and training methods, to be migrated to the new GI v2 desktop. The full-time Communication lead is responsible for supporting the Downstream Group Infrastructure - Next Generation (DS GI-NG) Program communications and maintaining the DS GI-NG Program website. Communication activities include: writing internal and external Program communications; developing materials for virtual roadshows and other stakeholder engagement special events; manage the work of communication analysts. Roles and Responsibilities:Communication Responsibilities: 
- Manage the work of the Downstream GI-Next Generation Communication Analyst. 
- Align the Support Readiness and Application Readiness Communication Analysts to ensure consistent Downstream messaging. 
- Manage updates to the Downstream GI-Next Generation website 
- Manage the DS GI-NG Program question and answer process 
- Manage the Change workstream content areas located in Microsoft Groove and Livelink workspaces. 
- Maintain a good working relationship with the Downstream IT Communication Leads and Web Support group 
- Develop and coordinate articles for newsletters and the DS GI-NG website 
- Maintain and update the Weekly Communication Snapshot and Change Calendar 
- Develop content for virtual roadshows, leadership team meetings 
- Conduct peer reviews for Class of Business - Business Analyst communications 
- Liaise with the Class of Business - Business Analyst network for the DS GI-NG Change team Key Deliverables/Work Products:

The position requires extensive experience with AD security delegation, AD disaster recovery, and AD group policy creation and administration, and login scripts.
