Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Assistant will perform a wide variety of marketing activities in support all areas within ISI. 
Coordinate trade shows and exhibitions, to include registration, travel arrangements, ensuring materials and exhibits arrive in a timely manner, etc. 
Develop and order marketing collateral and materials for shows and Sales use. 
Coordinate and arrange travel accommodations for incoming clients to multiple sites. 
Organize and maintain the company Photo Library and coordinate photo shoots. 
Act as a technical resource regarding sales support to address and resolve inquiries and problems for all Account Executives. 
Assist in the preparation of mass mailings and other correspondence 
Create marketing presentations 
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. 
May occasionally perform work-related travel. 
Complete special projects as assigned.
