Tonto National Monument is comprised of 1120 acres and was established to preserve, protect and interpret prehistoric cliff dwellings, archeological sites in the Monument and the natural and cultural values of the Upper Sonoran ecosystem.The Monument is located in a desert environment in central Arizona, 125 miles east of Phoenix and 30 miles NW of Globe on HWY 188. No Park housing available.You will be required to wear a uniform and comply with NPS standards.

You do not have to be a current or former government employee to be considered for this position.The Oklahoma City National Memorial is the home of an \&quot;Unprecedented joint partnership where a community is building a National Memorial so the world will remember.\&quot;The National Park Service staff works closely with the Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust, which was created to administer the Memorial in cooperation with the National Park Service.The 3.3 acre Symbolic Memorial opened on the fifth anniversary of the bombing on April 19th, 2000.The three component Memorial includes the outside Symbolic Memorial, a 30,000 square foot Interactive Learning Museum, and the Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism.Oklahoma City is the state Capital and is the largest city in the State.Its population is 482,660, while the metropolitan area includes 1,059,715 people. Average temperatures vary from 36, in January, to 82 in July.Winters are usually mild with an average annual snowfall of 9.1 inches.Summers are typically hot with fairly low humidity.There is a state sales tax.Single family homes range from $36,000 to $359,000.Highly rated hospitals, churches, public recreation opportunities, and major universities are abundant throughout the metropolitan area.

Incumbent of this position will be required to wear a uniform.Travel, transportation and relocation expenses will not be paid. This position has no known promotion potential.
