The role of the District Manager is to expand the sales of Janssen CNS products through development and expansion in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction while utilizing tools such as professional education and marketing programs. The District Manager must be able to effectively recruit, hire, manage, and develop sales representatives who will consistently produce. It will be their responsibility to build a team that can both meet division and district sales forecasts and develop into our future leaders. A key responsibility in this position is to supplement the Sales Representatives&apos; formal training by ensuring that the employment and execution of selling cycle is concise, professional, ethical, persuasive and will lead the customer to action. Management duties will include \&quot;ride alongs\&quot; with Sales Representatives on customer visits to ensure that proper and effective sales methods are being delivered.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. A minimum of a Bachelor&apos;s Degree is required. A valid driver&apos;s license in one of 50 states and clean driving record is required. Six or more years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industries, or large account development related experience is required. Documented track record of sales results. Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel. The Global Operations Leadership Development Program offers recent university graduates the opportunity to accelerate their career growth through a structured process that combines classroom and online training with challenging work rotations during a two-year period.
