Responsibilities:
Kforce has a 3 month contract for a Web Application Support with a Rockville client. Functions: 
Use MS Excel and Access to import customer data into &apos;Reqwired&apos;
Use XML and Java to create online documents for use in &apos;Reqwired&apos;
Some technical customer support work 
Summary: To provide exceptional customer experience, the Senior Market Support Specialist will provide critical set-up and function support to meet the needs of &apos;Reqwired&apos; customers. This position is responsible for document creation and customer requests as part of Professional Services. Other Functions: 
Create common reporting tools for &apos;Reqwired&apos; customers
Be responsible for research analysis projects as part of Professional Services
Assist the CE Manager in programming rule sheets, in XML for status reports, and creating private regulators for &apos;Reqwired&apos; customers
Document and communicate special program requirements to technical team members
Coordinate and resolve escalated technical client issues with Reqwired
Assist client calls and manage multiple priorities to ensure all customer support responsibilities are met
Exceed customer expectations for service quality and identify needs and solutions for improving customer experience
Work independently utilizing strong diagnostic and analytical skills
Assist the Technology Manager/Business Development Manager with special projects as needed 
Critical Challenges: 
Understanding Reqwired&apos;s architecture to create tracking and reporting tools for customers and maintain current tracking reports
Understand customer reporting needs to design solutions within Reqwired for unique requests
Create documents within Reqwired per customer request
Understand work flow to diagnose customer technical problems, client calls, and questions
