                        <description><![CDATA[The is responsible for the overall operations of the community to achieve maximum predetermined financial results while implementing leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, safety, resident relations, fixes assets control, recertification (Public Housing or Tax Credit) and management reporting policies. The Property Manager hires, trains supervises and motivates on-site personnel to implement the company policies and property goals. Develops and works within operating budgets, ensures lease enforcement and maintains occupancy standards. Ensures the consistent collection of rents and maintenance related objectives are properly coordinated. If the property size does not warrant the hiring of an Assistant Property Manager, the Property Manager will perform all of the Assistant Property Manager duties. Responsible for overall daily operations of the property, including, but not limited to marketing, unit and exterior property inspections and capital improvements.
