                        <description><![CDATA[Minimum Requirements of Employer:
* Minimum of five(5) years operating offset presses and related printing equipment, to include graphics art cameras, plate processing equipment, folders, bindery equipment, copiers and others.
* Ability to demonstrate offset press proficiency
Pre-employment drug screening required.
Background check required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
* Organize printing requests to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
* Operate sheet fed offset presses and related equipment.
* Operate digital printing equipment and related equipment.
* Diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions
* Perform operator maintenance and cleaning of print shop equipment
* Paste up artwork, strip flats and process plates
* Set up, calibrate and operate folding, bindery and finishing equipment
* Maintain inventory of printing supplies
* Effectively communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records of print shop requests and delivery records
